Free Repair Service — Bracelets & Keychains (Up to 2x Per Year)


Because handmade pieces deserve long, meaningful lives, every bracelet and keychain purchased from A Witch Without a Broom comes with up to two free repairs per year.


This listing is not the repair fee—it simply covers the shipping cost for sending your repaired item back to you. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to me.

  • Up to 2 free repairs per year (per customer)

  • Repairs for gemstone stretch bracelets and gemstone keychains

  • Replacement of elastic, restringing, and minor hardware fixes


⚠️ Please note:

  • Customers must cover the shipping cost to send the item to me

  • This listing covers the return shipping back to you

  • More complex repairs (involving significant bead replacement or upgrades) may require an additional fee, which will be discussed beforehand

  • Free repairs apply only to items originally made by A Witch Without a Broom

    Every piece from A Witch Without a Broom is handmade with care, intention, and a little magick. Because each item is crafted by hand and often made-to-order, all sales are final once shipped.


    That said — I stand by the quality and energy of my work. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and description of the issue. I’ll gladly offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.


    Repairs: All gemstone bracelets include two free repair per year. You’ll just need to purchase the Repair Shipping listing to cover return postage, and I’ll fix or restring it with love.


    Custom & Personalized Items: Because sigils and custom pieces are designed specifically for you, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


    Lost or Delayed Packages: Once shipped, your order is in the hands of the postal service. I’ll always do my best to help track or resolve issues, but delays or lost items caused by shipping carriers are beyond my control.
