Each piece from A Witch Without a Broom is handmade with care, intention, and soul. Because every item is crafted in small batches or made to order, please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

Due to the handmade and energetic nature of my work, all sales are final once your order has shipped.
Please be sure to review product descriptions, photos, and sizing carefully before purchasing.

✦ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at awitchwithoutabroom@gmail.com.
Include your name, order number, and a clear photo of the issue.

Depending on the situation, I’ll offer one of the following:

A repair or replacement, if the item is still available.
A partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

I want you to love what you receive, and I’ll always handle these cases with fairness and care.

✦ Free Repair Guarantee

Every gemstone bracelet or keychain includes two free repairs per year of purchase.
You’ll simply need to send me and email to confirm eligibility and purchase the Repair Shipping listing to cover return postage.
Once received, I’ll fix or restring your piece and send it back infused with fresh energy.

✦ Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom sigils, personalized pendants, or intention-based items are designed specifically for you — these pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once created.

✦ Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are managed by Canada Post or the chosen courier.
If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out so I can help track it.
Refunds for lost mail may be considered case-by-case after a postal investigation.
