All items are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in bead pattern, size, or tone are normal and not considered defects.
Each product is cleansed and charged with intention prior to shipping.

Processing time is typically 2–4 business days before shipment.

Due to the handmade and spiritual nature of each item, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a solution (repair, replacement, or partial refund).
Each bracelet includes one free repair; customers are responsible only for return shipping using the Repair Shipping listing.
Custom sigils and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
