All items from A Witch Without a Broom are handmade with intention and care.
This policy explains how shipping, delivery, and handling work for all orders placed through our website.
✦ Processing Time
Every order is handcrafted, cleansed, and packaged before it leaves my workspace.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.
Custom or made-to-order items may take a little longer — if so, you’ll be notified by email.
✦ Shipping Within Canada

Free across Canada (includes tracking).

Estimated delivery: 3–9 business days, depending on location.
🚚 Local Express Delivery (Ottawa Area):

$5 flat rate for faster delivery or hand-off.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days once shipped.
✦ International Shipping
🌍 Flat-Rate by Weight:

Up to 1 kg: $10 CAD

1–2 kg: $14 CAD

2 kg and up: $20 CAD
All international orders include tracking. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply once the package arrives in their country.
✦ Packaging & Care
Each order is wrapped in eco-friendly kraft paper and twine.
All jewelry and sigils are cleansed and infused with positive energy before shipping.
I do my best to use recyclable or reusable materials wherever possible.
✦ Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you haven’t received your tracking info after 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact me directly.
✦ Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier (Canada Post or courier), delivery times are beyond my control.
If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact me and I’ll do my best to help you locate it.
Refunds for lost mail may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
✦ Free Repairs
All gemstone bracelets include one free repair if they break or loosen over time.
Simply purchase the “Repair Shipping” listing to cover return postage, and I’ll fix or restring your piece with care.
