    USA Shipping: Rates are based on package weight:

    • Up to 1 kg: $10 CAD

    • 1–2 kg: $14 CAD

    • 2 kg and up: $20 CAD


    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Delivery times vary, depending on your location.

  • Return & Refund Policy

    Because each piece is hand-painted and custom-made, all sales are considered final.


    Custom & One-of-a-Kind Items

    Custom painted clothing and artwork are created specifically for you, based on your selected theme, preferences, and creative direction. Due to the personalized nature of this work:

    • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for custom or one-of-a-kind pieces.

    • Once work has begun, orders cannot be canceled.


    By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


    Design Approval

    For custom commissions:

    • A general theme or concept may be discussed prior to starting.

    • Artistic style, expression, and interpretation are part of the creative process and are not grounds for a refund.

    • Minor adjustments may be discussed before painting begins, but once completed, the piece is considered finished.


    Damage or Defects

    If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping:

    • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

    • If approved, we will offer one of the following:

      • A repair (when possible)

      • A partial refund

      • A replacement (at our discretion)

    Shipping damage claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.


    Wear & Care Disclaimer

    Hand-painted garments are wearable art and require gentle care.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Fading due to improper washing or drying

    • Damage caused by heat, harsh detergents, or misuse

    Care instructions are provided with each piece and must be followed to maintain longevity.
