What is your truth today?

What is your truth today?
Not last year, last month, or yesterday. Today.
I believed that truth was set in stone. The word itself feels permanent.
People around me often challenged my truth by saying that I had changed or questioned my credibility because my beliefs or choices would change, sometimes overnight.
It made me reflect. Was I confused? Was I a liar?
I realized that the more I healed, rewired conditioning, and refined my personal belief system, my truth changed inevitably.
There's a difference between our truths and THE truth.
The truth is factual and is backed up with evidence.
Our truth is tied to our experiences, therefore to our perceptions, our emotions, and our values.
It's normal for our truths to shapeshift through our evolution. Can we really grow if our truth remains the same forever?
Now, when others question my truth based on my past, I see it as proof of growth.
Proof of progress on my path.
When my truth evolves, it doesn't mean I'm lying or being fake. It simply means that I have refined what it looks like for me in that moment.
I have many truths. Some are tied to my beliefs, and others are tied to my reality of the present moment.
Some days, I am grounded, and some days, I'm dysregulated.
Some days, I feel confident, and others, I doubt myself. Contradictions? Yes. Both still true in the moment.
The items I create and use myself are anchors, reminders, or mirrors of your current truth, whether you're in need of courage, self-compassion, or a tangible item to keep you mindful of the present.
So tell me,
What is your truth today?
