This service may include: Light cleaning and home reset Meal prep and kitchen organization Decluttering and gentle organizing Laundry support Routine support and task guidance Emotional grounding and identity‑based conversation Quiet companionship while you move through your day This is not PSW work and does not include medical or hygiene care. It is a lived‑experience, supportive service meant to help you feel more settled, capable, and connected in your own space. My role is to bring clarity, calm, and practical help, without judgment, pressure, or clinical expectations. You choose the tasks you need support with, and I show up as a grounded, steady presence to help you move through them.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy In‑Home Support sessions are booked in advance through my website. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This service is non‑medical home support and includes practical assistance and emotional grounding. You choose the tasks you’d like help with during your session. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session will be fully refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non‑refundable, as the time has been reserved specifically for you. If you miss your session without notice, it is treated as a cancellation. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your session once, as long as it is done 24 hours or more before your appointment time. Rescheduling within 24 hours follows the same rules as cancellation. Waitlist Policy If all appointment times are booked, you may join the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, you will receive an email notification and can claim the opening on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a session, but it gives you priority access to cancellations.
