Every piece from A Witch Without a Broom is intuitively handmade with care. Since each item is crafted by hand and often made-to-order, all sales are final once shipped.

That said, I stand by the quality of my work. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please reach out by email within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and description of the issue. I’ll gladly offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.

✨ Repairs: All gemstone bracelets include two free repairs per year. You’ll need to purchase the Repair Shipping listing to cover return postage, and I’ll fix or restring the item.

✨ Custom & Personalized Items: Because sigils and custom pieces are designed specifically for you, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

✨ Lost or Delayed Packages: Once shipped, your order is in the hands of the postal service. I’ll always do my best to help track or resolve issues, but delays or lost items caused by shipping carriers are beyond my control.

All items from A Witch Without a Broom are handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail. Each piece is crafted from quality materials, including gemstone beads, glass accents, metal findings, and durable stretch or chain designs.

✨ Sizing: Most bracelets are made for a standard 7" wrist unless otherwise stated. If you need a different size, choose the custom request option and add your information in the text box.

Stretch styles allow for a comfortable, flexible fit. All clothing is varied and will be declared in the listing.

✨ Care Instructions:

• Avoid prolonged contact with water or chemicals

• Roll stretch bracelets gently over the wrist instead of pulling

• Store in a dry place when not in use

• All painted clothing needs to be washed in cold water, inside out and hung to dry

✨ Free Repairs: Bracelets and keychains include up to 2 free repairs per year. If your piece breaks or loosens, simply purchase the Free Repair Shipping listing to cover return postage. I will reach out by email for proof and discuss the next steps. If your item is not eligible for a repair, you will be refunded.
