Release What Isn't Yours To Carry Digital/Printable Print in 8x10, 5x7, 4x6, 11x14

There are some days when I feel like I cannot breathe.

I feel the walls closing in, the world weighing heavy, and I can't move.

We wake up every day to give everything we have to everyone else while others pour negative energy into our cups. Sometimes, we're so busy that we don't have time to pour into our own cup. Eventually, our cup is full of what isn't ours.

Dump it out! Release everything that doesn't belong to you.

You do that by filling your cup with clean water (your voice and your truths). It will naturally filter out what doesn't belong there.

This print is inspired by my own feelings of suffocation and a reminder that I don't need to harbour what doesn't belong to me.
