Unakite Gemstone Beaded Stretch Bracelet With Accent Beads | Sow Down & Breathe
I am someone who wants results fast.
In my healing, this was no different. It felt like every day, I was facing my fears, processing my emotions, rewiring my brain, and learning about what I was living with, namely anxiety, depression, anxious attachment styles and how my childhood affected adulthood.
I was working a full-time job with no rewards, no prizes, and no praise. I couldn't always see my progress and often felt behind.
No path is linear, whether it's healing or growing a business. Often, progress is only seen in specific moments: interactions, milestones, or the ability to expand.
This bracelet is good to have around when you need to be reminded to slow down and trust the process.
