• Roll stretch bracelets gently over the wrist instead of pulling

• All painted clothing needs to be washed in cold water, inside out and hung to dry

I will reach out by email for proof and discuss the next steps. If your item is not eligible for a repair, you will be refunded.

That said, I stand by the quality of my work. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please reach out by email within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and description of the issue. I’ll gladly offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.
