As an artist, I find myself obsessed with the human face and its features. Our humanness always tells a story.
The eyes, to me, represent awareness, all-seeing, and intuition.
When I started this painting, I had the face with a flower in the third eye placement. Then, I added the feminine figure and white orbs.
As above so below: awareness is witnessing, both the dark and the light.
